As a C4 mentor, you will utilize this website for mentor orientation, requesting StrengthsQuest or StrengthsExplorer evaluation codes, and reporting your mentor experience.

The purpose of C4mentor.org is to facilitate the use of StrengthsQuests and StrengthsExplorer in mentoring youth through C4’s mentoring program. If you have any questions, please read the Mentor Instructions page.

This website will enable you to:

• Understand how talents will build confidence within the students you are mentoring
• Use StrengthsQuest/StrengthsExplorer to help students discover and develop their talents
• Report back the results of their experience
